Sinapsis provides guidance and lobbying support with federal and state government officials in terms of investment incentives programs and grants in order to reduce risk, costs and capital investments needed for setting up the client nearshore operations.
Facilities Build-Out Services
Temporary facilities
Sinapsis can setup temporary facilities for client operations, thus enabling the client to start the nearshore operations as soon as the first group of associates is hired. Each work place is equipped with IP telephone, network and electricity outlets, furniture and fast and secure internet service. The temporary facilities have access control, reception in the entrance, training rooms, videoconference room and parking space.
Permanent Facilities
Sinapsis and/or the client set up a Facilities team that will provide leadership in facilities selection, floor plan design and facilities build-out.
